OTANS is the industry association for companies and organizations who supply the upstream petroleum and energy sectors in Nova Scotia. It currently counts over 300 members.

Benefits of OTANS Membership

• A forum to seek business opportunities in the offshore/onshore oil and gas development
• A voice reaching all levels of government on issues that affect member companies
• Access to requests by parties interested in establishing business contacts and joint ventures with Nova Scotia companies
• Participation in trade shows and conferences and an opportunity to participate in trade missions abroad.
• International visits and business contacts that can only be obtained by being a member of a recognized association
• Involvement in an information exchange network of like-minded companies and organizations
• Access to OTANS' daily online bulletin, a valuable source of information for those with an interest in the oil and gas industry in Eastern Canada. The bulletin highlights current events, trade shows, procurement opportunities and more.

Full Membership

Fees categorized by number of employees:

Fee: 1 - 10 Employees $475.00 (plus HST)

Fee: 11 - 50 Employees $712.50 (plus HST)

Fee: 51 or more Employees $950.00 (plus HST)

Student Membership

Student members receive the OTANS bulletin information. No other member benefits are available in this category. Limited to those registered as a full time student in high school or post secondary institution.

Fee: $42.00 per year + HST *Subject to change.
